Brenda M. Villalpando, Associate Attorney of the Law Office of Maney & Gordon, P.A., practices in the areas of family immigration, business immigration, and removal defense. Prior to joining the Law Office of Maney & Gordon, P.A., she worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the County of San Joaquin, California. Her focus as a Deputy District Attorney was in the area of Environmental Crimes Prosecution. Brenda’s professional experience included representing the People of the State of California before the Civil Court.

Brenda obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. Brenda’s Scholarly Writing was focused on the protection of human rights of Mexican Immigrant Farm Workers and their families in the United States.
She is a member of the California State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. As a law student, Brenda was a member of the La Raza Lawyers of San Diego and La Raza Law Students Association.

Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, she understands and joins the struggle of the Immigrant community in the United States. Her main goal is to help immigrant families achieve their dreams in this country.
