Mr. Estrada received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Stetson University College of Law in 1997.
Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate Mr. Estrada earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science in 1984, graduating from the University of Florida’s Physician Assistant program. Prior to becoming an attorney, he practiced as a Physician’s Assistant for a period of 12 Years in the areas of general and internal medicine. He has been nationally certified as a Physician Assistant since 1985 by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Estrada has also been licensed as a Physician Assistant by the State of Florida since 1985. He is a Member of the Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Academy of Physician’s Assistants and the American Academy of Physician’s Assistants.
Mr. Estrada is licensed to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Estrada has been involved in medical malpractice for ten years and is fluent in Spanish.
