October 2, 2008 - A six figure recovery was obtained by Partner Richard Giglio for a client who was struck by a car while riding his motorcycle. At at fault party initially refused to offer an amount that would adequately compensate the client for his damages. Attorney Giglio filed a lawsuit on behalf of his client and was able to demonstrate that the case was worth a six figure recovery.

September 12th, 2008 - Partner Richard Giglio successfully recovered a bodily injury policy limits settlement on behalf of a client. The client was injured in a motor vehicle accident in Manatee County and suffered significant injuries, including a tear of the lumbar disc material and several herniated discs.

September 9th, 2008 - Attorney Suzanne Hernandez successfully defended a client from the charge of Domestic Violence Battery in Hillsborough County. Attorney Hernandez was able to demonstrate to the State Attorney's Office that the alleged acts were the result of an improper dosage of medication which had been given to the client. Attorney Hernandez secured the client's entry into a program that, upon completion, will result in the dismissal of all charges.

September 4th, 2008 - After filing suit against his client's insurance company, Partner Richard Giglio successfully obtained uninsured motorist funds at mediation for a client who was injured in an accident in Hillsborough County in 2006. This recovery was made after Attorney Giglio obtained a policy limits settlement from the at-fault party's insurance carrier months earlier. Attorney Giglio was able to recover funds for his client in the 2006 accident despite the fact that the client was injured years earlier in another motor vehicle accident, from which Attorney Giglio also recovered funds for the client.
