About

Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Kay graduated from Thammasat University with a bachelor’s degree in law. She started her legal career in 2018 as a counselor for trademarks and copyrights for a boutique intellectual property law firm at the heart of the business district of Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. Within the first few years of her careers, she handled a combined portfolio of close to a thousand trademarks for clients all over the world, including the top international tech and automobile companies.

By 2021, Kay made the decision to come to the United States to earn a master’s degree in intellectual property law at University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. There, she participated in various activities. She was elected by her friends and fellow master students as the Class Governor, founded the law school’s chapter of Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association, and joined the IP and Transaction Clinic for an entire year to provide pro bono legal services to low-income and start-up clients in the U.S. and internationally. After graduation, Kay maintained close relationship with UNH and continued to represent the school in many education webinars hosted by Education USA and U.S. Embassies around the world.

During the time Kay spent in New Hampshire, she met and fell in love with her husband, and decided to stay in the United States after getting married. While studying for the bar exam and working full time in a dual role of law clerk/office administrator for a trust and estate law firm, and later on as a patent paralegal, from 2022 to 2023, Kay managed to research and file applications for adjustment of status and work authorization herself. While it was a success, she acknowledged that it was not easy, even for someone with a legal background like herself. She was inspired to take up the role of an immigration attorney one day when she passed her bar exam and to help other immigrants like her through their immigration journeys.

When Kay passed the New York bar in 2024 and got sworn in as an attorney in 2025, she joined Maney | Gordon | Zeller, P.A. as an associate attorney for the Orlando office. Kay primarily handles family-based adjustment of status and family visa, employment authorization, and naturalization. She also accompanies clients to their interview all over the State of Florida. Kay makes sure that the moment her clients step in to her office, they are listened to—with patience, understanding, empathy, and respect they deserve—and all their needs are taken care of just the way they wish.
